Juicing Benefits

More and more people are turning to juicing to improve their health and well being, and to reduce their chances of developing common health problems.

Juicing is a great and simple way to optimize your health and energy levels, and it’s easy make a juices which suits individual health requirements.

Although juicing and its benefits tends to draw many opinions, some of the commonly known positives are:

1) Liver detox and general cleansing of the body

2) Rich in nutrients: Freshly squeezed juices are full of “phytochemicals” also called “phytonutrients” which help strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Phytochemicals refer to a variety of compounds which are produced by plants, and they are found in vegetables, fruits, grains and other plants. There are thousands of phytochemicals and some of the more commonly known include ascorbic acid (vitamin C), folic acid, vitamin E and beta carotene.

3) Quick absorption: Juicing is an easy way to get enzymes which are primarily found in raw foods into the body, as you’ll be able to comfortably consume many more raw foods than you otherwise would. The body can quickly absorb large amounts of nutrients as the digestion process of solid foods gets bypassed.

4) General well being: Feel better physically and mentally by getting more energy and get rid of aces and pains.

When it comes to juicing the benefits are many, and I can’t think of a better thing to do for the body. I have experienced a huge change in life quality since I have introduced juicing to my life. I feel so much more energetic as all my little aces and pains are gone, and I’m happy to see more people enjoying the benefits of juicing.
